We can customize all Brochures, Financial Applications, and Leasing Packages. We can manage the Tenant Construction Buildout and provide any and all Leasing Documents throughout the negotiation process. Many of our long term clients began their relationship with The Bailey Group in the Leasing Brokerage Department.

- Market Listing: creating Listing Brochures, Financial Applications, and Leasing Packages, weekly email blasts to large list of Leasing Brokerage Contacts as well as National Tenants and Small Business Local Tenants, manage all offers, meet with interested parties and show the spaces, and continue to follow up with all interested parties throughout process.
- Negotiate and follow up with all Offers and Letters of Intent. Discuss any Tenant Improvement Allowance and Tenant Buildout.
- Draft Lease Document and manage negotiations between parties and parties legal council.
- Work with Tenants and Governing Authorities through permitting process.
- Oversee Construction of Tenant Improvements, keep communication with all parties (Contractors, Consultants, Architects, etc) and oversee schedule.
- Stay engaged in the transaction until Tenant opens for business to General Public.
- Once the transaction is finalized and Tenant is open for business, we are available to assist in any Leasing Issues throughout Lease Term. For this reason most of our clients have been with us for over 30 years.
